Dewpoint Recognized Among Crain’s Detroit Business 2024 Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan Winners

LANSING, MI (August 29, 2024) – Dewpoint, LLC (“Dewpoint”) has been named one of Crain’s 2024 Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan.

The Dewpoint team is proud to be recognized by Crain’s and by all the team members who responded to the survey conducted by Crain’s and Workforce Research Group. The workplace survey results make up 80% of the total evaluation. The remaining 20% comprises company policies, practices, benefits, and demographics. 2024 marks Dewpoint’s 11th year of being honored by Crain’s.

To be considered for participation, companies must:

• Have at least 15 full- or part-time permanent employees working in Southeast Michigan (Counties: Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Ingham, Livingston, Lapeer, Genesee, St. Clair, Monroe, Lenawee, and Jackson.
• Have a physical operation in Southeast Michigan (Counties: Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Ingham, Livingston, Lapeer, Genesee, St. Clair, Monroe, Lenawee, and Jackson.)
• Be in business for at least one year by the program registration deadline
• Register and pay an entry fee, which includes an employer assessment, an employee feedback survey, and access to the feedback data dashboard for the entering companies.
